Livrero provides a cloud-based logistics management platform that includes delivery management, fleet tracking, electronic consignment notes (eCMR), driver reports, packaging management, and related services for transport companies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit malicious code.

The Livrero platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Livrero and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livrero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country where Livrero is registered.
